'Fast Lane to Coaching Her Way'
Calling all aspiring female coaches and teachers!

Swimming NSW has partnered with Swim Coaches and Teachers Australia NSW Branch (SCTANSW) and the NSW Government to deliver a brand new program targeted to females wishing to begin or continue their swim teaching/coaching career -
Her Sport Her Way 'Fast Lane to Coaching Her Way'.

Female coaches and teachers bring a different leadership style to the pool deck. This initiative is designed to increase the number of female teachers and
coaches in leadership roles and ensure the future success
